1. Choose: check the size guide (we can't exchange sizes), then tap your size on the product, then Order. WhatsApp opens with the product, size and link already written.
2. We confirm: we check it's in stock and reply with the total including shipping, usually within an hour.
3. You pay: by bank transfer to the details we send you (see "How do I pay?").
4. We post it: within 1–2 business days, and send you the Australia Post tracking number.

No WhatsApp? Use the contact form or message us on Instagram or Facebook and we'll do the same steps there.

By bank transfer within Australia. Once we've confirmed your order on WhatsApp:

1. We send you our account name, BSB and account number, and the total to pay.
2. Transfer from your banking app and use your name as the reference.
3. Send us a screenshot of the payment, and we post your order once it arrives.

We'll only ever give you our bank details in your chat with us, never by text from an unknown number. If anything looks different, call or message us on 0410 335 189 before paying.

Standard shipping via Australia Post takes 2–4 business days within NSW and 3–6 business days interstate. We dispatch from Sydney within 1–2 days of receiving payment.

In Sydney you can also pick up for free, and try it on before you pay. We don't do local delivery.

Absolutely! Every single piece is personally sourced directly from skilled artisans in Nepal. We never sell mass-produced imitations.

We don't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on posted orders, including for size.

So please check your size first: use the size guide, or send us your measurements and we'll tell you the exact size of the piece before you pay. Picking up in Sydney? You can try it on before you pay.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we'll repair, replace or refund it, as Australian Consumer Law requires. See our Terms of Sale.
