What we collect

• Contact details: your name, email and phone number when you message us, use our contact form, or order on WhatsApp.
• Delivery details: your postal address so we can send your order.
• Order details: what you ordered, sizes and payment confirmation. We never see or store your card details or bank login.

How we use it

• To reply to your questions and help with sizing.
• To confirm, pack and deliver your order, and sort out a faulty or wrong item.
• To keep the basic records Australian law requires (for example, for tax).

We don't send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop:

• Australia Post, to deliver your parcel.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to chat with us there.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website. The contact form doesn't send your message through the website: it opens your own email app or WhatsApp.
• Google, which provides our fonts and stock list, and (only if you allow it) our website statistics.

Website statistics and cookies

If you tap Accept on the notice when you visit, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and products are popular, which products are opened and how often the Order on WhatsApp button is tapped. This helps us decide what to stock and how to improve the shop.

• It uses cookies (names starting with _ga) and records things like your browser, device type, approximate location (city level) and the pages you view. It doesn't tell us who you are.
• We don't use it for advertising, and we've switched off Google's advertising features for our site.
• If you tap No thanks, Google Analytics isn't loaded at all. You can change your answer any time with Cookie settings.
• Google processes this data under its own privacy policy and may store it outside Australia.

We also remember your answer to the notice in your browser (not a cookie) so we don't ask again.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as Australian law requires, and delete messages and contact details we no longer need.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp, and we'll respond within 30 days.
